Pr AKR corporindo Tbk 3 | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Pada tanggal 12 Oktober 2023, PT AKR Sea Transport, | « Material berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat (“AST”) anak perusahaan Perseroan, telah menandatangani akta peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor, menjadi sebagai berikut: Modal Ditempatkan dan Modal Disetor - Semula : Rp. 194.900.000.000,- “ - Menjadi : Rp. 274.900.000.000,- x Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor AST tersebut meningkat sejumlah Rp80.000.000.000,“ diambil bagian serta disetor oleh Perseroan. Dana yang diperoleh akan digunakan untuk pembelian kapal guna menunjang kegiatan operasional AST. The purpose of said injection is for barges/tankers purchasing to support operational activity Of AST.
