           ANTAM Sends Off 500 Travelers Through Joint SOE – MEMR
                            Homecoming Program

Jakarta, March 17, 2026      – PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk        or ANTAM, participated in the joint
homecoming program organized by           State-Owned Enterprises       Regulatory Agency (“ SOE
Regulatory Agency ”) and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (“MEMR”) by sending off
500 travelers to their hometowns. Through this annual initiative, ANTAM reaffirms its commitment
to supporting the community in celebrating Eid al     -Fitr 1447 Hijri with their families in their
hometowns.

ANTAM President Director, Untung Budiharto, stated that the free homecoming program is
part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to provide safe and comfortable travel facilities for the
public during the Eid al -Fitr holiday season , and help minimize the risk of traffic accidents.

“This joint free homecoming program organized together with          SOE Regulatory Agency and
MEMR has become one of ANTAM’s annual initiatives to assist the community in returning to
their hometowns. We hope this program can contribute to a safer and more comfortable
travel experience while also helping reduce traffic congestion during the homecoming
period,” said Untung.

This year, the departure of participants in the joint homecoming program took place simultaneously
at three locations in Jakarta. ANTAM sent off 250 participants of theSOE Joint Homecoming Program
from Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) and the ANTAM Head Office in Jakarta. A total of five buses were
dispatched to transport travelers bound for Yogyakarta, Malang, and Wonogiri. In addition , as part
of the MEMR Joint Homecoming Program, ANTAM provided five buses to transport travelers
heading to Magetan, Kendal, and Malang.

“Homecoming is an Eid al -Fitr tradition practiced as a way to strengthen family ties. ANTAM’s
participation in this joint homecoming initiative reflects the Company’s commitment to
maintaining harmony with the community, allowing people to experience the spirit of
tog etherness in their hometowns during the Eid al       -Fitr holiday. We hope this collaboration
will also bring joy to the participating community,” added Untung.

The Joint Homecoming Program organized by ANTAM in collaboration with SOE Regulatory Agency
and MEMR is part of the Company’s implementation of its Social and Environmental Responsibility.
This initiative also demonstrates ANTAM’s concrete efforts to   strengthening its commitment to
creating sustainable and harmonious relationships with stakeholders as the nation welcomes Eid al-
Fitr 1447 Hijri.
