Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. b. Cash
Material Transaction Value 750.000.000.000
Collateral Credit for Foreign Exchange Proceeds
from Exports Agreement made between the
Company and PT Bank Negara Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk. c. The total value of the Credit
Facility is a maximum of Rp750.000.000.000,-
(seven hundred and fifty billion Rupiah). d. Credit
facility in the form of additional working capital for
the palm oil processing industry business including
for the issuance of trade instruments (such as
Domestic Letter of Credit (SKBDN) or Demand
Guarantee) in IDR currency. e. The term of the
credit facility provided is 12 (twelve) months from
the signing of the Credit Agreement. f. The interest
rate is 0.50% (zero point five percent) above the
interest rate on deposits placed per year and can
be reviewed at any time in accordance with the
provisions of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)
Tbk g. The credit facility loan is guaranteed by the
Company's savings funds placed at PT Bank
Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, which originate
from Natural Resources Export Proceeds (DHE
SDA) and are deposited in a special DHE SDA
account. h. Credit Facility and Guarantee
Transactions between the Company and PT Bank
Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk are material
transactions that are exempt.
