Bidang Usaha / Business Activity : Berusaha di bidang jasa, perdagangan umum, perindustrian,
percetakan dan pengangkutan darat. Untuk mencapai maksud dan
tujuan tersebut, Perseroan melaksanakan kegiatan usaha utama
Perseroan, meliputi jasa telekomunikasi dan industri informatika,
usaha di bidang perdagangan pada umumnya baik atas tanggungan
sendiri maupun secara komisi atau amanat atas tanggungan pihak
lain termasuk perdagangan impor dan ekspor, antar pulau/daerah
serta lokal untuk barang-barang hasil produksi sendiri dan hasil
produksi perusahaan lain, serta bertindak sebagai agen, grosir,
pemasok, waralaba, distributor, pengecer dan sebagai perwakilan
dari badan/perusahaan lain baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri,
serta perdagangan yang berhubungan dengan usaha bidang
teknologi yaitu perdagangan besar komputer dan perlengkapan
komputer, perdagangan besar piranti lunak, dan barang teknologi
informasi lainnya maupun semua sarana penunjangnya. Juga
menyelenggarakan industri komputer dan periferal industri
peralatan transmisi telekomunikasi. Kegiatan usaha Perseroan
yang telah dijalankan adalah konsultasi, integrasi, dan pengelolaan

the purposes and objectives, the Company conduct its main
business activities covering telecommunication services and
technology industry, business in general trading either on his own
account or on commission or mandate on the dependents of other
parties including import and export trade, inter-island/regional
and local for the self-produced goods and other company’s
product, and act as agents, wholesalers, suppliers, franchises,
distributors, retailers and as representatives of other
institutions/companies both from inside or outside of the country,
as well as trade related to business sector of technology which is
computer and computer equipment wholesale, software
wholesale, and other information technology goods and all
supporting facilities. Also operating the business in computer
industry and peripherals industry of the telecommunications
transmission equipment. The Company’s business activities that
have been implemented are consultation, integration, and
information technology management.

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Pada tanggal 16 Maret 2026, Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran
Material / Description on the diri Bapak Marlo Budiman dari jabatannya selaku Presiden Komisaris
Material Information or Facts Perseroan.
Keterbukaan informasi ini dilakukan dengan merujuk pada ketentuan Pasal
27 Peraturan OJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan
Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
Pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham terkait pengunduran diri tersebut
akan dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
On 16 March 2026, the Company received letter of resignation from Mr.
Marlo Budiman as President Commissioner of the Company.
This disclosure is submitted pursuant to Article 27 of OJK Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company.
The General Meeting of Shareholders to resolve the resignation will be
conducted in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
