Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penandatanganan Perpanjangan Perjanjian Kerjasama
Operasi dan Perpanjangan Perjanjian Sewa (keduanya secara
bersama-sama disebut Perpanjangan Perjanjian Kerjasama),
oleh dan antara Perseroan dengan PT Semen Bosowa
Indonesia. Perpanjangan Perjanjian Kerjasama tersebut
adalah kesepakatan Perseroan dan PT Semen Bosowa
Indonesia antara lain untuk memperpanjang jangka waktu
sampai dengan tanggal 29 November 2029 untuk masing-
masing (i) Perjanjian Kerjasama Operasi No.027/CG-
SBI/XI/2019 tanggal 29 November 2019 dan (ii) Perjanjian
Sewa Menyewa No.026/CG-SBI/XI/2019 tanggal 29 November
2019.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perpanjangan Perjanjian Kerjasama tersebut memberikan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kepastian kapasitas produksi dan juga kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan yang dapat memperkuat posisi keuangan untuk
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau memberikan nilai tambah kepada para pemangku
Perusahaan Publik kepentingan.

The Extension of the Cooperation Agreement with PT Semen

Description of Material Information or The execution of the Extension of the Operational Cooperation
Facts Agreement and the Extension of the Lease Agreement (both
collectively referred to as the Extension of the Cooperation
Agreement), by and between the Company and PT Semen
Bosowa Indonesia. The said Extension of the Cooperation
Agreement is an agreement between the Company and PT
Semen Bosowa Indonesia, among others, to extend the term
until November 29, 2029 respectively for (i) Operational
Cooperation Agreement No.027/CG-SBI/XI/2019 dated 29
November 2019 and (ii) Rental Agreement No.026/CG-
SBI/XI/2019 dated 29 November 2019.
Impact of event, material information or The Extension of the Cooperation Agreement provides
facts towards Issuers or Public certainty of the Company's production capacities and also
Company’s operational activities, legal, business continuity which can strengthen its financial position
financial condition, or going concern in order to provide added value to stakeholders.
