Other Description This Transaction is not a Material Transaction as defined in OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 regarding Material Transactions and Change of Business, and constitute an affiliate transactions as defined in OJK Regulation Number 42/POJK.04/2020 of Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
