Pada tanggal 30 Maret 2021, Perseroan telah
menerbitkan Tier 2 Subordinated Notes (BNI Tier 2 Capital
Bond 2021) sebesar USD500.000.000 (lima ratus juta
Dolar Amerika Serikat) dengan bunga sebesar 3,754 (tiga
koma tujuh lima persen) per tahun dengan merujuk pada
ketentuan Regulation S (Reg S) berdasarkan US
Securities Act, yang akan terdaftar di Singapore Stock
Exchange ("Surat Utang").
Surat Utang tersebut memiliki jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun
dan akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 30 Maret 2026.
Sehubungan dengan akan jatuh temponya Surat Utang
tersebut, Perseroan telah menyediakan dana yang
diperlukan untuk melakukan pelunasan pokok Surat Utang
sebesar USD500.000.000 (lima ratus juta Dolar Amerika
Serikat) yang ditempatkan pada Aset Liguid.
Pelunasan Surat Utang tersebut akan dilakukan pada
tanggal 27 Maret 2026 sesuai dengan ketentuan dan
persyaratan yang diatur dalam penerbitan Surat Utang
serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
On March 30, 2021, the Company has issued Tier 2
Subordinated Notes (BNI Tier 2 Capital Bond 2021)
amounting to USD500,000,000 (five hundred million
United States Dollars) with an interest of 3.754 (three
point seven five percent) per annum with reference to
Regulation S (Reg S) under the US Securities Act, which
are listed on the Singapore Exchange (“Notes”).
The Notes have a tenor of 5 (five) years and will mature
on March 30, 2026.
In relation to the upcoming maturity of the Notes the
Company has prepared the necessary funds to repay the
principal mount of the Notes amounting to
USD500,000,000 (five hundred million United States
Dollars), which have been placed in Liguid Asset.
The settlement of the Notes will be carried out on March
27, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions
governing the issuance of the Notes as well as the
prevailing laws and regulations.
