31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or
Facts of Issuers or Public Companies (POJK No. 31), the
Board of Directors of the Company (as defined below) hereby
conveys an Information Report for the purpose of providing an
explanation to fulfill the applicable laws and regulations.
Referring to:
1. Disclosure of Information No. 089/GOTO/CS/JKT/V/2023 on
Disclosure of Information on the Proposed Capital Increase
Without Pre-Emptive Rights Issuance (NPR) by the Company
dated May 24, 2023 and Disclosure of Information No.
106/GOTO/CS/JKT/VI/2023 on Additional Disclosure of
Information on the NPR by the Company dated June 23, 2023
(Disclosure of Information on NPR); and
2. Disclosure of Information No. 156/GOTO/CS/JKT/X/2023 on
the Proposed Implementation of NPR by the Company dated
October 3, 2023 (Proposed Implementation of NPR).
The Company hereby announces the information as attached.
Impact of event, material information or The NPR transaction by the Company and the issuance of the
facts towards Issuers or Public private note by GTIF will not have any detrimental impact to
Company’s operational activities, legal, the operational activities, legal, financial condition and
