Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan Hormat,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa entitas anak Perseroan,
CPP Intertrade Pte Ltd, yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum
Singapura, telah menerima pemberitahuan penerimaan
pendaftaran striking off dari Accounting and Corporate
Regulatory Authority (ACRA). Dalam pemberitahuan tersebut
dinyatakan bahwa apabila hingga 15 Maret 2026 tidak
terdapat keberatan dari pihak mana pun, entitas tersebut akan
dihapus dari daftar badan hukum Singapura dan dibubarkan
secara administratif. Sampai dengan hari ini, 16 Maret 2026,
tidak terdapat keberatan dari pihak mana pun, sehingga
proses striking off telah diterima secara hukum dan Perseroan
saat ini menunggu pemberitahuan final dari ACRA terkait
penyelesaian proses tersebut.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Proses striking off ini tidak berdampak material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional maupun kondisi keuangan Perseroan,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mengingat sejak didirikan entitas anak tersebut belum
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau beroperasi.

Description of Material Information or Dear Sir/Madam,
Facts
The Company hereby informs that its subsidiary, CPP
Intertrade Pte Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the
laws of Singapore, has received a notice from the Accounting
and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) confirming the
acceptance of its application for striking off. The notice
stipulated that should no objection be received from any party
by 15 March 2026, the said entity will be removed from the
register of companies in Singapore and dissolved
administratively in accordance with the applicable laws and
regulations. As of the date hereof, 16 March 2026, no
objection has been received from any party. Accordingly, the
striking off process has been legally accepted, and the
Company is currently awaiting final confirmation from ACRA
regarding the completion of such process.
Impact of event, material information or The Company affirms that the striking off process does not
facts towards Issuers or Public have any material impact on the Company operational
Company’s operational activities, legal, activities or financial condition, considering that the said
financial condition, or going concern subsidiary has not commenced operations since its
incorporation.
