Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 U.p: Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan 3 Jakarta, 2 Oktober 2023 Perihal: Penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek Re: Explanation of securities transaction volatility Dengan hormat, Merujuk pada surat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia nomor S-08303/BEI.PP3/09- 2023 tanggal 27 September 2023 perihal permintaan penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC) yaitu pada tanggal 26 September 2023 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan harga saham SDPC sebagai berikut: 1. Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 39.672.900 saham dengan frekuensi 5.544 kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 975.500 saham dengan frekuensi 119 kali. 2. Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp8 atau 5,069o dari harga penutupan hari bursa sebelumnya pada Rp158 menjadi Rp166. .3. IHSG menurun sebesar -74,58 poin dan indeks sektoral (Consumer Non- Cyclicals) meningkat sebesar 4,55 poin. Dear Sirs, Reffering to the letter from the IDX No 5-08303/BEI.PP3/09-2023 dated 27 September 2023 regarding the reguest Jor explanation regarding the volatility of PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC) securities transactions, which is on 26 September 2023 there has been an increase in activity and prices SDPC shares as follows: I. Transaction activity increased to 39,672,900 shares with a freguency of 5,544 times compared to the previous trading day of 975,500 shares with a Freguency of 119 times. 2. The price closed has increased by IDR8 or 5.0646 from the previous trading day's closing price of IDR 158 to IDR 166. 3. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada- pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Tanggapan: Pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. 5.
