Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa M. Arsjad
Rasjid P.M., Direktur Utama Perseroan, mengajukan cuti
dalam jabatannya selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan, efektif
sejak tanggal 27 September 2023 sampai dengan paling
lambat 8 bulan ke depan.
Selama cuti tersebut, seluruh tugas dan wewenang Direksi
Perseroan akan dijalankan sesuai dengan ketentuan-
ketentuan, dan khususnya Pasal 15, dari Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan, dan dengan merujuk pada Pembagian Tugas
Direksi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian ini tidak berdampak material terhadap Perseroan,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dan Perseroan akan menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya
