Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 25 September 2023, anak-anak perusahaan
Perseroan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
dimiliki 100% oleh Perseroan, yaitu PT Industri Baterai
Nusantara (IBN) dan PT Solusi Mobilitas Indonesia (SMI),
telah mendirikan perusahaan yang bernama PT Manufaktur
Teknologi Baterai (MTB).
Pendirian MTB tersebut telah dinyatakan dalam Akta Pendirian
No. 41 tertanggal 25 September 2023 yang dibuat di hadapan
Ungke Mulawanti, SH., M.Kn., Notaris di Bekasi dan telah
mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik melalui Surat
Keputusan No. AHU-0072469.AH.01.01.Tahun 2023 tanggal
25 September 2023.
MTB akan melakukan kegiatan usaha industri baterai untuk
kendaraan bermotor listrik mencakup usaha pembuatan
segala macam baterai untuk kendaraan bermotor listrik.
Keterangan mengenai struktur kepemilikan modal MTB adalah
sebagai berikut:

SMI Rp1.000.000,- 0,002%
Total Rp45.000.000.000,- 100%
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penyertaan saham IBN dan SMI dalam MTB merupakan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kelanjutan langkah Perseroan secara grup untuk melakukan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, ekspansi usaha di sektor kendaraan listrik.

and ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of
Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-0072469.AH.

MTB will conduct business activities for battery manufacture
for electric vehicles including manufacturing all types of
batteries for electric vehicles.
