Perseroan menyatakan bahwa sampai dengan tanggal penyampaian surat ini, Perseroan tidak
mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan

Answer:

The Company states that as of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any material
information or facts that could affect the value of the Company's securities or investors' investment
decisions as referred to in Regulation Number I-E concerning Information Disclosure Reguirements,
specifically provisions III.2.1 and IV. 2.1 Appendix to the Board of Directors' Decision of the Indonesia
Stock Exchange Number Kep-00015/BE1/01-2021. The Company remains committed to complying
with the provisions of laws and regulations in the capital market and will disclose information to

the public if in the future, there is material information or facts that must be disclosed in accordance
with applicable regulations.

the Company's securities prices and the Company's survival that has not been disclosed to the

Perseroan menyatakan bahwa sampai dengan tanggal penyampaian surat ini, Perseroan tidak
mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu terkait kepemilikan atau setiap
perubahan kepemilikan saham Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa

Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan
Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

The Company states that as of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any activities by
certain shareholders related to ownership or any changes in ownership of the Company's shares as
referred to in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11 /POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports
on Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Shares in Public Companies.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,

termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Jawaban :

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
dalam jangka waktu paling kurang 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang. Sebagai informasi,

sebelumnya telah memperoleh persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar B

tanggal 25 Juni 2025 untuk melaksanakan Penambahan Modal dengan Memberikan Hak
Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMHMETD).

Namun demikian, rencana PMHMETD tersebut masih dalam tahap evaluasi terkait penunjukan
standby buyer dan belum bersifat final sebagaimana telah disampaikan Perseroan dalam surat
kepada Bursa Nomor 066TKDN-IDX/12/2025 dan 067TKDN-IDX/12/2025. Sampai dengan tanggal
penyampaian surat ini tidak terdapat perkembangan material terkait rencana tersebut. Perseroan
akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada publik apabila terdapat perkembangan
material sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least in the
next 3 months)?

Answer:

The Company has no plans to undertake any corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that would affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange for ot least
the next three (3) months. For information, the Company previously obtained approval from the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2025 to carry out a Capital Increase by
Granting Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMETD). However, the PMHMETD plan is still under evaluation
regarding the appointment of a standby buyer and is not yet final, as stated by the Company in its
letters to the Exchange No. 066TKDN-IDX/12/2025 and 067T KDN-IDX/12/2025. As of the date of
this letter, there have been no material developments regarding the plan. The Company will disclose
information to the public if there are any material developments in accordance with applicable
regulations.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal

ini, Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut

Jawaban :

Corporate Secretary Perseroan telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama
Perseroan dan memperoleh informasi dari Pemegang Saham Utama bahwa belum ada rencana
tertentu dari kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Apabila di kemudian hari terdapat informasi
tambahan terkait hal tersebut, Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada

publik sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di bidang pasar
modal.

The Company's Corporate Secretary has confirmed with the Campany's major shareholders and
obtained information from the Major Shareholders that there are no specific plans regarding their
share ownership in the Company. If in the future there is additional information related to this
matter, the Company will disclose the information to the public in accordance with the provisians of
the applicable laws and regulations in the capital market.
