Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 22 September 2023, anak-anak perusahaan
Perseroan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
dimiliki 100% oleh Perseroan, yaitu PT Solusi Mobilitas
Indonesia (SMI) dan PT Indika Energy Infrastructure (IEI),
telah mendirikan perusahaan yang bernama PT Industri
Baterai Nusantara (IBN).
Pendirian IBN tersebut telah dinyatakan dalam Akta Pendirian
No.40 tertanggal 22 September 2023 yang dibuat di hadapan
Ungke Mulawanti, SH., M.Kn., Notaris di Bekasi dan telah
mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik melalui Surat
Keputusan No.AHU-0071936.AH.01.01.Tahun 2023 tanggal
22 September 2023.
IBN akan melakukan kegiatan usaha sebagai berikut:
a. Melakukan industri baterai untuk kendaraan
bermotor;
b. Melakukan jasa konsultasi manajemen;
c. Melakukan perdagangan besar sepeda motor dan
suku cadang sepeda motor dan aksesorisnya; dan
d. Melakukan perdagangan besar mobil dan suku
cadang mobil dan aksesorisnya.
Keterangan mengenai struktur kepemilikan modal IBN adalah
sebagai berikut:

Description of Material Information or On 22 September 2023, the Company's subsidiaries which are

Infrastructure (IEI) have established a company

Establishment of IBN had been stated through Deed of
Establishment No. 40 dated 22 September 2023, which was
made before Ungke Mulawanti, SH., M.Kn., Notary in Bekasi,
and ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of
Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-0071936.AH.
01.01.Tahun 2023 dated 22 September 2023.
IBN will conduct business activities are as follows:
a. Conduct battery manufacture for electric vehicle;
b. Provide management consultancy services;
c. Conduct general trading trading for two-wheel
motorcycle and auto-parts components and accessories; and
d. Conduct general trading for car and auto-parts
components and accessories.
Details of the shareholding structure of IBN are as follows:
