Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sepanjang tahun 2025, PANI mencatat kinerja keuangan yang
sangat kuat dengan pendapatan mencapai Rp4,3 triliun atau
tumbuh 52% secara tahunan, sementara laba bersih yang
dapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk meningkat signifikan
sebesar 83% YoY menjadi Rp1,1 triliun. Kinerja ini juga diikuti
oleh ekspansi margin yang konsisten di seluruh lini produk,
dengan margin laba kotor meningkat menjadi 60% dan margin
laba bersih mencapai 27%, mencerminkan keberhasilan
strategi pengembangan produk beragam di kawasan PIK2.

representing a 52% year on year increase, while net profit
attributable to the parent entity rose significantly by 83% YoY
to IDR 1.1 trillion. This performance was also accompanied by
consistent margin expansion across product lines, with gross
profit margin increasing to 60% and net profit margin reaching
27%, reflecting the success of the Company diversified
product development strategy in the PIK2 area.
