Perseroan telah menerbitkan surat utang senior Material dengan nilai USD1.350.000.000 pada tanggal 16 Mei 2014 untuk jangka waktu selama 10 tahun yang dicatatkan di Bursa Efek Singapura (“Surat Utang”). Description of Material Information or Facts The Company has issued USD1,350,000,000 senior notes on 16 May 2014, which will mature after a period of 10 years which are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (“Notes”). 2. Berdasarkan surat Perseroan No. 110600.S/KU.06.01/COS/2022 tanggal 15 Desember 2022 perihal Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material / Report on Material Information or Facts dan Surat No 057300.S/KU.06.01/COS/2023 tanggal 5 Juni 2023 perihal Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material / Report on Material Information or Facts, Perseroan telah melakukan penawaran atas pembelian kembali Surat Utang dan Perseroan telah melakukan pembayaran dan pembatalan sebagian Surat Utang sebagai konsekuensi pembelian kembali sebesar USD400.000.000 pada tanggal 14 Desember 2022 dan USD499.851.000 pada tanggal 31 Mei 2023. Based on our previous letter — No. 110600.S/KU.06.01/COS/2022 dated 15 December 2022 regarding Report on Material Information or Facts and No. 057300.S/KU.06.01/COS/2023 dated 5 June 2023 regarding Report on Material Information or Facts, the Company has conducted the offer to buyback the Notes and the Company has made payments and cancelled some of the Notes as the conseguence of the buyback in the aggregate amount of USD400.000.000 on 14 December 2022 and USD499.851.000 on 31 May 2023. 3. Selanjutnya, pada tanggal 22 September 2023, Perseroan telah melakukan pembatalan sebagian Surat Utang sebagai konsekuensi pembelian kembali Surat Utang dengan skema Open Market Purchase sebesar USD53.440.000.
