PT Aman Bae Perkasa
PT Aman Bae Perkasa, anak usaha PT Armada Berjaya Trans
Tbk (JAYA), menunjukan kinerja yang sesuai dengan
ekspektasi serta strategi managemen yang bergulir sejak
tahun lalu. Saat ini perkembangan PT Aman Bae Perkasa
telah membangun 101-unit rumah subsidi di wilayah
Sindangmulya Cibarusah Jawa Barat dan sekitar 15% atau
setara dengan 16-unit rumah yang telah terjual. Keberhasilan
penjualan tersebut tidak terlepas dari peluang serta
momentum recovery ekonomi paska pandemic, managemen
berkeyakinan bahwa pertumbuhan angka penjualan akan
terus bergerak positif hingga akhir tahun ini.
Pembangunan rumah subsidi ini masih menyisakan 72-unit
lagi yang akan di bangun, sehingga total secara keseluruhan
pada perumahan tersebut sebanyak 173-unit rumah.
Managemen menilai target para pekerja muda cukup besar
dalam menopang penjualan rumah subsidi ini, sehingga
harapan kontribusi atas pendapatan secara konsolidasi
kepada PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk semakin berkembang
baik ke depan.
PT Aman Bae Sentosa
PT Aman Bae Sentosa, anak usaha dari PT Armada Berjaya
Trans Tbk yang sejak awal telah fokus dan bergerak pada
bidang real-estate khususnya villa di Bali, dalam
perkembangannya telah membangun sebanyak 7-unit villa
hingga saat ini. Dari 7-unit villa tersebut, 5 (lima) unit
diantaranya telah terjual dan sisanya dalam status
tersewakan.
Management menilai perkembangan usaha sewa-jual vila di
Bali sangat prospektif dan baik, mengingat permintaan villa
baik dari wisatawan hingga pekerja meningkat pesat paska
recovery pandemic. Peluang dan momentum tersebut masih
dalam koridor strategi managemen saat ini, sehingga
pembangunan 3-unit villa sudah dalam proses pengerjaan
dengan perkiraan akhir tahun langsung dapat beroperasi
secara penuh.
Dalam perkembangan usaha villa di bali ke depan,
managemen merasa perlu dilakukan pembenahan atas
pengelolaan usaha secara professional. Hal ini selaras dengan
strategi dan konsep yang telah lakukan oleh managemen yaitu
meningkatkan dan mengedepankan mutu layanan baik
terhadap penyewa maupun pembeli villa. Atas dasar inilah PT
Aman Bae Sentosa mendirikan anak usaha dengan ruang
lingkup yang sama pada bulan Agustus 2023 dengan nama
PT Aman Bae Berjaya. Anak usaha ini nantinya akan
memfokuskan pada pembangunan 5 (lima )unit villa yang
berlokasi di Ubud Bali pada bulan Oktober 2023.

PT Aman Bae Perkasa
PT Aman Bae Perkasa, a subsidiary of PT Armada Berjaya
Trans Tbk (JAYA), showed performance in line with
expectations and management strategies that have been
rolling out since last year. Currently, the development of PT
Aman Bae Perkasa has built 101 subsidized housing units in
the Sindangmulya Cibarusah area, West Java and around
15% or the equivalent of 16 housing units have been sold. This
sales success cannot be separated from the opportunities and
momentum of post-pandemic economic recovery.
Management believes that sales growth will continue to move
positively until the end of this year.
The construction of this subsidized housing still leaves 72
more units to be built, bringing the total housing stock to 173
housing units. Management assesses that the target of young
workers is quite large in supporting the sales of these
subsidized houses, so that the hope for a consolidated
contribution to income to PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk will
grow well in the future.
PT Aman Bae Sentosa
PT Aman Bae Sentosa, a subsidiary of PT Armada Berjaya
Trans Tbk, which from the start has focused and operated in
the real-estate sector, especially villas in Bali, in its
development it has built 7 villa units to date. Of the 7 villa units,
5 (five) units have been sold and the rest are in rental status.
Management assesses that the development of the villa rental
and sale business in Bali is very prospective and good,
considering that demand for villas from both tourists and
workers has increased rapidly after the pandemic recovery.
This opportunity and momentum is still within the corridor of
the current management strategy, so the construction of the 3-
unit villa is already in progress with an estimate that it will be
fully operational by the end of the year.
In the future development of the villa business in Bali,
management feels that it is necessary to improve professional
business management. This is in line with the strategy and
concept that has been implemented by management, namely
improving and prioritizing service quality for both renters and
villa buyers. On this basis, PT Aman Bae Sentosa established
a subsidiary with the same scope in August 2023 under the
name PT Aman Bae Berjaya. This subsidiary will later focus on
building 5 (five) villa units located in Ubud, Bali in October
2023
