Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 25 September 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa)
Perusahaan terkemuka penyedia jasa energi yang tergabung
dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina menyelenggarakan
acara Economic & Business Outlook 2024 bersama PT Bank
Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI). Acara ini
diselenggarakan di Ruang Udaya, Gedung Graha Elnusa,
Jakarta pada (25/9).
Economic & Business Outlook 2024 ini digelar dalam upaya
untuk peningkatan kompetensi Perwira Elnusa dari sisi
economy outlook, sejalan dengan peningkatan internal
process yg menjadi strategi Perusahaan yang sedang
dijalankan saat ini.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Direktur Keuangan Elnusa Bachtiar
Soeria Atmadja, jajaran Direksi Anak Perusahaan Elnusa serta
Manajemen Elnusa dan Anak Perusahaan, Chief Economist
BRI Anton Hendranata yang dalam kesempatan ini juga
menjadi narasumber, serta Jajaran Manajemen Bank (BRI).
Direktur Keuangan Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja dalam
sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa sederet tantangan
perekonomian dan bisnis ditahun depan, merupakan hal yang
harus dipersiapkan dalam menyongsong tahun 2024 terlebih
khusus dalam penyusunan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran
Perusahaan (RKAP). 'Kita akan menghadapi berbagai
tantangan yang memerlukan ketekunan, inovasi, dan kerja
sama yang kuat agar dapat melihat beberapa tren dan
peluang yang dapat membentuk arah pertumbuhan dari
Elnusa untuk mewujudkan visi elnusa menjadi Perusahaan
Jasa Energi Terkemuka Yang Memberikan Solusi Total.' Ucap
Bachtiar.
Bachtiar menambahkan 'Saya berharap Perwira Elnusa
mengikuti acara ini dengan semangat kolaborasi, keterbukaan,
dan dedikasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, dan saya juga
ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada BRI yang telah
bersedia berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman, dan atas
dukungan dari Bank BRI kepada Elnusa sejak 2012 yang terus

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 25 September 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a
Facts leading company providing energy services which is part of the
Pertamina Upstream Subholding, is holding an Economic &
Business Outlook 2024 event with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk (BRI). This event was held in the Udaya Room,
Graha Elnusa Building, Jakarta on (25/9).
Economic & Business Outlook 2024 was held in an effort to
increase the competence of Elnusa officers in terms of
economic outlook, in line with improving internal processes
which is the Company's strategy currently being implemented.
This activity was attended by the Director of Finance of Elnusa
Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, the Board of Directors of Elnusa
Subsidiaries and the Management of Elnusa and Subsidiaries,
Chief Economist of BRI Anton Hendranata who on this
occasion was also a resource person, as well as the
Management of the Bank (BRI).
Elnusa's Director of Finance, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, in his
speech said that a series of economic and business
challenges next year are things that must be prepared for in
welcoming 2024, especially in preparing the Company's Work
Plan and Budget (RKAP). W'e will face various challenges that
require perseverance, innovation and strong cooperation in
order to see several trends and opportunities that can shape
Elnusa's growth direction to realize Elnusa's vision of
becoming a leading energy services company that provides
total solutions.' Bachtiar said.
Bachtiar added 'I hope that Elnusa officers will take part in this
event with a spirit of collaboration, openness and dedication to
achieving common goals, and I also want to thank BRI for
being willing to share knowledge and experience, and for the
support from Bank BRI to Elnusa since 2012 which continues
