 Preparing to Face Future Challenges, Elnusa Holds Economic &
                     Business Outlook 2024

Jakarta, 25 September 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading company providing energy services which is
part of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, is holding an Economic & Business Outlook 2024 event with
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI). This event was held in the Udaya Room, Graha Elnusa
Building, Jakarta on (25/9).

Economic & Business Outlook 2024 was held in an effort to increase the competence of Elnusa officers in
terms of economic outlook, in line with improving internal processes which is the Company's strategy
currently being implemented.

This activity was attended by the Director of Finance of Elnusa Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, the Board of
Directors of Elnusa Subsidiaries and the Management of Elnusa and Subsidiaries, Chief Economist of BRI
Anton Hendranata who on this occasion was also a resource person, as well as the Management of the
Bank (BRI).

Elnusa's Director of Finance, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, in his speech said that a series of economic and
business challenges next year are things that must be prepared for in welcoming 2024, especially in
preparing the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP). "We will face various challenges that require
perseverance, innovation and strong cooperation in order to see several trends and opportunities that can
shape Elnusa's growth direction to realize Elnusa's vision of becoming a leading energy services company
that provides total solutions." Bachtiar said.

Bachtiar added "I hope that Elnusa officers will take part in this event with a spirit of collaboration, openness
and dedication to achieving common goals, and I also want to thank BRI for being willing to share knowledge
and experience, and for the support from Bank BRI to Elnusa since 2012 which continues to exist to this
