Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 22 September 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) dan PT
Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream (SHU) Pertamina menandatangani
perjanjian kerja sama implementasi teknologi stimulasi
penggetaran reservoir Enchance Oil Recovery (EOR). Kedua
belah pihak sepakat menerapkan teknologi canggih tersebut
untuk produksi migas PHR di Wilayah Kerja (WK) Rokan demi
mendukung pencapaian target 1 juta barel minyak per hari di
tahun 2030.
Penandatanganan tersebut dilakukan dalam acara Indonesian
Oil & Gas Convention (IOG) yang digelar di Nusa Dua, Bali
pada 20 September 2023. Penandatanganan dilakukan oleh
Direktur Pengembangan Usaha Elnusa Ratih Esti Prihatini dan
EVP Upstream Business PHR Edwil Suzandi.
Teknologi Stimulasi penggetaran Reservoir EOR dalam
pekerjaan ini merupakan teknologi vibroseis yang dilakukan
untuk meningkatkan produksi minyak dengan mekanisme
pemanfaatan gelombang elastik sebagai alat untuk
menggerakkan partikel-partikel batuan reservoir, sehingga
fluida yang ada di pori berpotensi ikut bergerak serta minyak
yang terjebak di pori-pori batuan yang berupa droplet dapat
bergerak ke wellbore (lubang sumur). Pergerakan droplet-
droplet minyak tersebut kemudian membentuk aliran minyak
guna meningkatkan mobilitas fluida reservoir sehingga
berpotensi meningkatkan kapasitas produksi minyak.
Pekerjaan teknologi stimulasi penggetaran reservoir EOR ini
direncanakan dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Rokan. PHR
menyediakan lapangan uji coba selama 60 hari. Elnusa juga
bekerja sama dengan Pertamina Upstream Research and
Technology Innovation (URTI) dalam melakukan implementasi
teknologi stimulasi reservoir di lingkungan PHR WK Rokan.

menyambut baik kerja sama ini dengan semangat positif.

Ratih menambahkan, 'Elnusa memiliki DNA resilience dan
inovasi yang terbukti mampu memperkuat fundamental bisnis
membawa inovasi dan memiliki visi sebagai perusahaan jasa
energi terkemuka yang memberikan solusi total. Artinya, kami
berkeyakinan atas teknologi yang dimiliki Elnusa ini mampu
mendukung program pemerintah Indonesia dalam
menetapkan sasaran mempercepat realisasi target 1 juta barel
minyak dan 12 BSCFD Gas demi ketahanan energi nasional
masa depan,' kata Ratih.
Sementara itu, EVP Upstream Business WK Rokan Edwil
Suzandi mengatakan, kerja sama teknologi stimulasi reservoir
vibroseis ini merupakan implementasi teknologi dalam upaya
peningkatan dan optimasi produksi minyak dengan teknologi
terbaru. Mekanisme kerja sama ini telah melalui technical
review dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, commercial
dan compliance review.
Edwil berharap, kerja sama ini akan membuka inisiatif dan
inovasi baru ke depannya. 'Sehingga PT PHR dapat

memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar lagi pada produksi
nasional,' ucap Edwil.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 22 September 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) and PT
Facts Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR), which are part of Pertamina's
Subholding Upstream (SHU), signed a cooperation agreement
on the implementation of Enchance Oil Recovery (EOR)
reservoir vibration stimulation technology. Both parties agreed
to apply this advanced technology for PHR oil and gas
production in the Rokan Working Area (WK) to support the
achievement of the target of 1 million barrels of oil per day by
2030.
The signing was carried out at the Indonesian Oil & Gas
Convention (IOG) which was held in Nusa Dua, Bali on
September 20 2023. The signing was carried out by Elnusa
Business Development Director Ratih Esti Prihatini and EVP
Upstream Business PHR Edwil Suzandi.
The EOR Reservoir Vibration Stimulation Technology in this
work is a vibroseis technology which is carried out to increase
oil production with a mechanism that utilizes elastic waves as a
tool to move reservoir rock particles, so that the fluid in the
pores has the potential to move along with the oil trapped in
the rock pores. in the form of droplets can move to the
wellbore. The movement of the oil droplets then forms an oil
flow to increase the mobility of the reservoir fluid, thereby
potentially increasing oil production capacity.
The EOR reservoir vibration stimulation technology work is
planned to be carried out in the Rokan Work Area. PHR
provides a trial field for 60 days. Elnusa is also collaborating
with Pertamina Upstream Research and Technology
Innovation (URTI) in implementing reservoir stimulation
technology in the PHR WK Rokan environment.
Elnusa Business Development Director Ratih Esti Prihatini
welcomed this collaboration with a positive spirit. 'Elnusa is
capable and Elnusa has the competence and capability to
carry out this work. "Previously, Elnusa's EOR Vibroseis was
registered as one of the EOR technology implementations that
received recognition from the government and the national oil
and gas industry,' said Ratih.
Ratih added, 'Elnusa has a DNA of resilience and innovation
that is proven to be able to strengthen business fundamentals
by bringing innovation and has a vision as a leading energy
services company that provides total solutions. "This means
that we believe that the technology owned by Elnusa is able to
support the Indonesian government's program in setting
targets to accelerate the realization of the target of 1 million
barrels of oil and 12 BSCFD of gas for future national energy
security,' said Ratih.
Meanwhile, EVP Upstream Business WK Rokan Edwil Suzandi
said, this collaboration on vibroseis reservoir stimulation
technology is an implementation of technology in an effort to
increase and optimize oil production with the latest technology.
This collaboration mechanism has gone through a technical
review and is in accordance with company needs, commercial
and compliance reviews.
Edwil hopes that this collaboration will open up new initiatives
and innovations in the future. 'So that PT PHR can make an
even greater contribution to national production,' said Edwil.
