             ELNUSA and PHR Agree to Implement EOR Reservoir
                         Stimulation Technology

Jakarta, 22 September 2023 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) and PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR), which are part of Pertamina's Subholding
Upstream (SHU), signed a cooperation agreement on the implementation of Enchance Oil Recovery (EOR) reservoir vibration
stimulation technology. Both parties agreed to apply this advanced technology for PHR oil and gas production in the Rokan Working
Area (WK) to support the achievement of the target of 1 million barrels of oil per day by 2030.

The signing was carried out at the Indonesian Oil & Gas Convention (IOG) which was held in Nusa Dua, Bali on September 20 2023.
The signing was carried out by Elnusa Business Development Director Ratih Esti Prihatini and EVP Upstream Business PHR Edwil
Suzandi.

The EOR Reservoir Vibration Stimulation Technology in this work is a vibroseis technology which is carried out to increase oil
production with a mechanism that utilizes elastic waves as a tool to move reservoir rock particles, so that the fluid in the pores has
the potential to move along with the oil trapped in the rock pores. in the form of droplets can move to the wellbore. The movement
of the oil droplets then forms an oil flow to increase the mobility of the reservoir fluid, thereby potentially increasing oil production
capacity.

The EOR reservoir vibration stimulation technology work is planned to be carried out in the Rokan Work Area. PHR provides a trial
field for 60 days. Elnusa is also collaborating with Pertamina Upstream Research and Technology Innovation (URTI) in implementing
reservoir stimulation technology in the PHR WK Rokan environment.

Elnusa Business Development Director Ratih Esti Prihatini welcomed this collaboration with a positive spirit. "Elnusa is capable and

that the technology owned by Elnusa is able to support the Indonesian government's program in setting targets to accelerate the
realization of the target of 1 million barrels of oil and 12 BSCFD of gas for future national energy security," said Ratih.

Meanwhile, EVP Upstream Business WK Rokan Edwil Suzandi said, this collaboration on vibroseis reservoir stimulation technology
is an implementation of technology in an effort to increase and optimize oil production with the latest technology. This
collaboration mechanism has gone through a technical review and is in accordance with company needs, commercial and
compliance reviews.

Edwil hopes that this collaboration will open up new initiatives and innovations in the future. "So that PT PHR can make an even
greater contribution to national production," said Edwil.
