perusahaan Perseroan, Indika Energy Capital III Pte. Ltd. (IEC
III), telah melakukan pembelian kembali atas porsi jumlah
terutang atas Surat Utang US$575.000.000 5,875% yang jatuh
tempo pada 2024 dengan jumlah pokok keseluruhan
US$29.311.000.000 (Pembelian Kembali Surat Utang 2024).
Sebagai referensi, terlampir kami sampaikan pengumuman
SGX-ST tertanggal 22 September 2023 sehubungan dengan
Pembelian Kembali Surat Utang 2024. Setiap huruf kapital dan
istilah yang didefinisikan sebagaimana tercantum di dalam
dokumen ini memiliki arti yang sama dengan huruf kapital dan

portion of its outstanding US$575,000,000 5.875% Senior
Notes due 2024 in an aggregate principal amount
approximately US$29,311,000,000 (the Repurchased 2024
Notes).
As a reference, we hereby attached the SGX-ST
announcement dated 22 September 2023 in relation to
Repurchased 2024 Notes. Any capitalized and defined terms
mentioned in this document shall have the same meaning with
