Panjaitan Kepala Divisi PP3 Perihal : Jawaban atas permintaan penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek Dengan hormat, Terkait dengan email surat IDX S-07734/BEI.PP3/09-2023 tertanggal 13 September 2023, perihal Volatilitas Transaksi diinfokan bahwa pada tanggal 11 September 2023 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas dan harga saham INOV sebagai berikut: 1. Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 5.994.300 saham dengan frekuensi 514 kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 43.100 saham dengan frekuensi 36 kali. 2. Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp10 atau 6,45X dari harga penutupan hari bursa sebelumnya pada Rp155 menjadi Rp165. Berdasarkan aktivitas transaksi efek PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk tersebut di atas, dapat kami memberikan keterangan sekaligus jawaban atas pertanyaan Ibu sebagai berikut : a. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik? Jawaban : Perseroan tidak mengetahuinya. b. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point IIl.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Transaction activity increased to 5,994,300 shares with a freguency of 514 times compared to the previous trading day of 43,100 shares with a freguency of 36 times. 2. The closing price increased by IDR 10 or 6.454 from the previous trading day's closing price of IDR 155 to IDR 165. Based on the securities transaction activities of PT Inocycle Technology Group Tbk mentioned above, we can provide information as well as answers to your guestions as follows: a.
