LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with Petronas LNG Ltd (“PLL”) dated 29 June 2022, in which PLL acts as the Seller and the Company as the Buyer (“LNG SPA PLL-Company'): and b. LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with China National Technical Imp. & Exp. Corp (“CNTIC”) dated 1 July 2022, where the Company acis as Seller and CNTIC as Buyer (“LNG SPA Company-CNTIC”). 2. Terhadap LNG SPA PLL — Perseroan dan LNG SPA Perseroan — CNTIC yang telah ditandatanganai sebagaimana tersebut pada angka 1, telah dilakukan perubahan dan pernyataan kembali sebagaimana dituangkan dalam Amended and Restated LNG SPA PLL — Perseroan dan Amended and Restated LNG SPA Perseroan — CNTIC The LNG SPA PLL — the Company and the LNG SPA the Company — CNTIC which have been signed as referred to in number 1, have been amended and restated as stated in the Amended and Restated LNG SPA PLL — the Company and Amended and Restated LNG SPA the Company — CNTIC. 3.
