                                              Disclosure of Information that the Company Perseroan (PT
                                              Carsurin Safe Logix) has Increase Authorized Capital and
                                              Issued/Paid-up Capital of of Subsidiaries Subsidiary of the
                                              Company as follows:

                                              a. Increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from IDR1,
                                              000,000,000,- (one billion rupiah) to IDR1,500,000,000,- (one
                                              billion five hundreds million rupiah) which is divided into 1,500
                                              (one thousand five hundreds) shares.

                                              b. Increase paid-up and issued capital of the Company from
                                              IDR250,000,000,- (two hundreds fifty thousand rupiah) to
                                              IDR1,500,000,000,- (one billion five hundreds million rupiah)
                                              which is divided into 1,500 (one thousand five hundreds)
                                              shares.
