Peningkatan Modal Dasar Perseroan semula sebesar Rp1.000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) menjadi Rp1.500.000.000,- (satu miliar lima ratus juta rupiah) yang terbagi atas 1,500 (seribu lima ratus ) lembar saham: Increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from IDR1,000,000,000,- (one billion rupiah) to IDR1,500,000,000,- (one billion five hundreds million rupiah) which is divided into 1,500 (one thousand five hundreds) shares. b. Peningkatan modal disetor dan ditempatkan Perseroan semula sebesar Rp250.000.000,- (dua ratus lima puluh juta rupiah) menjadi Rp1.500.000.000,- (satu miliar lima ratus juta rupiah) yang terbagi atas 1,500 (seribu lima ratus ) lembar saham: Increase paid-up and issued capital of the Company from IDR250,000,000,- (two hundreds fifty thousand rupiah) to IDR1,500,000,000,- (one billion five hundreds million rupiah) which is divided into 1,500 (one thousand five hundreds) shares.
