Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan melakukan Penawaran Umum Terbatas I dalam
rangka menerbitkan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu
kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan atas sebanyak
banyaknya sebesar 400.000.000 (empat ratus juta) Saham
dengan nilai nominal Rp 25 (dua puluh lima Rupiah) per
saham yang akan ditawarkan melalui Penambahan Modal
dengan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan akan memperkuat struktur permodalan Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dimana keseluruhan dan/atau sebagian besar dana hasil
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perolehan akan digunakan untuk membayar sebagian besar
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau atau melunasi kewajiban kepada kreditur (Perbankan)
Perusahaan Publik sehingga akan meningkatkan kemampuan permodalan
perseroan dan meningkatkan profitabilitas melalui efisiensi
beban keuangan Perseroan. Dengan tercapainya efisiensi
beban keuangan, maka Perseroan akan memiliki kemampuan
untuk melakukan investasi asset produktif untuk meningkatkan
kapasitas layanan yang akan mendukung kinerja dan daya
saing Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company conducted a Limited Public Offering I in order to
Facts issue Preemptive Rights to the Company's shareholders for a
maximum of 400,000,000 (four hundred million) Shares with a
nominal value of Rp 25 (twenty-five Rupiah) per share to be
offered through Capital Increase with Preemptive Rights.
Impact of event, material information or The Company will strengthen the Company's capital structure
facts towards Issuers or Public where the whole and/or most of the proceeds will be used to
