Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Telah memenuhi kuorum karena dihadiri oleh pemegang saham yang mewakili
5.300.389.432 saham atau 92,38% dari seluruh saham dengan hak suara yang sah yang telah dikeluarkan oleh
Perseroan, sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan Peraturan Perundangan yang berlaku.

Hasil Keputusan a. Menyetujui pengunduran diri Bapak Khairuddin Simatupang selaku Direktur Utama
Perseroan dan seketika mengangkat penggantinya yaitu Bapak Jonet Budiarto sebagai
Direktur Utama Perseroan yang baru dengan jangka waktu sisa masa jabatan anggota
Direksi lainnya, sehingga
terhitung sejak ditutupnya Rapat ini sampai dengan ditutupnya Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2026 adalah sebagai berikut:

-Direktur Utama : Bapak Jonet Budiarto;
-Direktur : Bapak Tamlikho;
b. Memberikan kuasa dan wewenang kepada Direksi Perseroan untuk melakukan segala
tindakan yang diperlukan sehubungan dengan perubahan Direksi Perseroan tersebut,
sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Director and immediately appointed his replacement, Mr. Jonet Budiarto, as the Company's
new President Director, with the remaining terms of office of the other members of the Board
of Directors, so that
the terms of office, effective from the closing of this Meeting until the closing of the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2026, are as follows:

b. Granted power and authority to the Company's Board of Directors to take all necessary
actions in connection with the change in the Company's Board of Directors, in accordance
