Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk ("BULL") memperkuat posisinya
sebagai perusahaan pelayaran nasional yang melayani rute
transportasi LNG untuk pasar domestik dan internasional
dengan menambahkan kapal tanker LNG kedua dengan
kapasitas 78.000 DWT dan panjang keseluruhan 280 meter ke
dalam armadanya, yang akan diserahterimakan pada kuartal
pertama tahun 2026. Hal ini mencerminkan komitmen
terhadap strategi Perusahaan untuk terus berkembang di
segmen transportasi LNG melalui pertumbuhan organik seperti
pembelian kapal tanker LNG dan pertumbuhan non-organik
melalui akuisisi perusahaan kapal tanker LNG.
