Perseroan atas nama Bapak Hendrik Atmaja dan Bapak Edwin
Suryahusada.
Perseroan menghormati proses hukum yang sedang
berlangsung dengan mengedepankan prinsip praduga tak
bersalah (presumption of innocence) sesuai dengan kaidah
hukum yang berlaku.
Sepanjang proses hukum masih berlangsung dan belum ada
putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap,

members of the Company's Board of Directors, namely Mr.

The Company respects the ongoing legal process while
upholding the principle of presumption of innocence in
accordance with applicable legal rules.
For as long as the legal proceedings are still ongoing and no
court decision has obtained permanent legal force, the
Company will continue to monitor the development of such
legal proceedings.
