Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterlambatan penyelesaian pembangunan 3 (tiga) set kapal
tunda dan tongkang milik Perseroan dari 5 (lima) set yang
direncanakan adalah dikarenakan terhambatnya pengiriman
plat besi yang merupakan bahan baku utama dalam
pembangunan kapal dan kurangnya tenaga ahli untuk
pembangunan armada. Keterlambatan ini tidak hanya dialami
oleh Perseroan tetapi juga oleh seluruh perusahaan yang
serupa dengan Perseroan yang sedang melakukan
pembangunan armada baru. Yang menyebabkan realisasi
Capex menjadi mundur ke kwartal pertama tahun 2024. Tidak
ada dampak yang signifikan bagi Perseroan atas tertundanya
realisasi capex ini dan target Perseroan untuk tahun 2023
akan tetap tercapai.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha

Description of Material Information or The delay in completing the construction of 3 (three) sets of
Facts tugboats and barges belonging to the Company out of the 5
(five) planned sets was due to delays in the delivery of iron
plates which are the main raw material for ship construction
and the lack of experts for fleet construction. This delay is not
only experienced by the Company but also by all companies
similar to the Company which are currently building new fleets.
This causes the realization of Capex to be postponed to the
first quarter of 2024. There is no significant impact for the
Company due to the delay in the realization of this capex and
the Company's target for 2023 will still be achieved.
