Clarification of the truth of the news 1s Details of the Company's involvement in the case of the alleged sale and purchase of Jalan Pramuka assets owned by the Muara Enim Regency Govemment. The Company's Explanation: RMKE is a coal logistics services company that is integrated with railway lines in South Sumatra. TBBE is a subsidiary of the Company which operates in the coal mining sector with a Production Operation Mining Business License (IUP) with Number SK 687/KPTS/TAMBEN/2011 which is valid until 22 November 2031. All TBBE operational activities are at the IUP location in Gunung Megang District and Benakat, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province with a total mining area of 10,220 Ha. The object of "alleged illegal mining" referred to in the report is a small portion of the TBBE mining area located on Jalan Pramuka Gunung Megang, which was only recentiy discovered to be owned by the Regional Government. TBBE made the purchase of 2,400 m2 of land in good faith and the validity was guaranteed by the Village Head. 0 RMKE In this case, the Company did not know that the road was an asset belonging to the Regional Government until the legal process began in early January 2023, the land was purchased through an individual who at that time had an official letter of land ownership in his personal name and the Company had carried out land acguisition procedures precisely and correctly. Regarding the ongoing legal process and the determination of suspects as "involved individuals" by the Muara Enim District Prosecutor's Office, the Company will comply, cooperate and fully submit to the ongoing legal process and is ready to take responsibility if this legal process has been completed. have decisions that have permanent legal force (inkracht).
