(Hebang) sebagai salah satu calon tenant anak perusahaan Perseroan - PT.Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera (“BKMS”), telah mengumumkan Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli Bersyarat atas lahan Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate (JIIPE) yang ditandatangani pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2023. Hebang berencana menginvestasikan $800juta untuk pembangunan pabrik di atas lahan seluas 67 Ha yang ditujukan sebagai basis produksi bahan kimia di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus JIIPE, Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Pada saat yang sama, Hebang menandatangani Letter of Intent dengan Perseroan, untuk mendirikan perusahaan patungan di JIIPE. Di dalam persetujuan tersebut, Hebang (atau afiliasinya atau anak perusahaannya), akan memegang 9046 saham, dan Perseroan (atau afiliasinya atau anak perusahaannya) akan memegang 10” saham sebagai entitas investasi, konstruksi, dan operasi untuk proyek tersebut di Indonesia. (Hebang) as one of the prospective tenants from the subsidiaries of the Company, PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera (“BKMS”), announced a Conditional Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement above Land in Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate (JIIPE), the Signing was conducted on August 28' 2023. Hebang plans to invest $800 million to build a plant on area of 67 Ha which is expected to be chemical production base at Special Economic Zone JIIPE in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. At the same time, Hebang signed a Letter of Intent with The Company, agreeing to establish a joint venture company in JIIPE. Among them, Hebang (or any of the affiliates or subsidiaries) shall hold 9046 Of the shares, and the Company (or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries) shall hold 1046 of the shares as the investment, construction, and operation entity for the project in Indonesia.
