Information or Facts 2023 tanggal 28 Agustus 2023, yang mana dokumen dimaksud
baru kami terima pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2023, Menteri
Keuangan Republik Indonesia, selaku Pemegang Saham telah
menetapkan keputusan dengan ringkasan sebagai berikut:
- Mengangkat kembali Sdr. Faaris Pranawa sebagai anggota
Direksi PT SMI dengan masa jabatan untuk jangka waktu 5
(lima) tahun, terhitung sejak tanggal penetapan yaitu 28
Agustus 2023.
Sehingga, terhitung sejak tanggal 28 Agustus 2023 susunan
Direksi PT SMI menjadi sebagai berikut:

Herewith we informed that according to the Decree of Minister of
Finance as the Shareholder of PT SMI, Number 310 Year 2023 dated
28th August 2023, which the document received on 28th August 2023,
Minister of Finance as the General Meeting of Shareholders has
stipulated the decree with the following summary:
- To reappoint Faaris Pranawa as the member of the Board of
Directors of PT SMI with tenure for 5 (five) years since the
stipulated date on August, 28th 2023.
Accordingly, as of the August, 28th 2023, the composition of the Board
of Directors of PT SMI becomes as follows:
