SAMBUT OPERASIONAL LRT
ADCP OPTIMIS TINGKATKAN PENJUALAN
Operasional LRT Jabodebek telah dimulai ditandai dengan peresmian oleh Presiden RI
pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2023, PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. (“ADCP”) turut
menyambut positif peresmian ini. LRT Jabodebek diharapkan dapat memberikan banyak
manfaat bagi masyarakat dengan menjadi moda transportasi massal pilihan yang
sekaligus berkontribusi untuk mengurangi kemacetan di kawasan Jabodebek.
Sebagian Stasiun LRT Jabodebek ini berada tepat di kawasan LRT CITY, yaitu kawasan
pengembangan properti yang dikembangkan ADCP. oleh karena itu operasional LRT ini
dapat memberikan dampak positif dengan meningkatnya traffic kunjungan dan aktifitas
di kawasan LRT CITY. ADCP optimis momentum ini kedepannya dapat mendorong
performa penjualan properti ADCP dan mendorong penguatan recurring business
khususnya di kawasan LRT CITY.
ADCP telah menyediakan beragam fasilitas pendukung di kawasan LRT CITY bagi para
pengunjung dan pengguna LRT Jabodebek, yaitu berupa komersial area di dalam
kawasan, seperti Mall Green Walk di LRT CITY Bekasi, Forest Hub di LRT CITY Jatibening
dan Soul Hub di LRT CITY Ciracas, sehingga diharapkan dapat memenuhi beragam
kebutuhan pengunjung dan pengguna LRT Jabodebek.
ADCP juga terus konsisten menginformasikan "unique selling point" dari hunian yang
berorientasi TOD sehingga masyarakat memahami pentingnya hidup dan tinggal di
hunian berkonsep TOD. Selain itu, ADCP juga akan memaksimalkan seluruh distribution
channel yang menyasar baik end user maupun investor untuk menginformasikan manfaat
dan keunggulan LRT CITY. Manfaat dan keunggulan yang dapat dapat dirasakan
diantaranya, bagi end user atau penghuni dapat merasakan manfaat efesiensi waktu,
biaya dan tenaga ketika memilih tinggal di hunian LRT CITY yang letaknya terkoneksi
dengan stasiun LRT atau transportasi massal lainnya. Sedangkan bagi Investor, potensi
traffic ribuan bahkan puluhan ribu arus penumpang per hari yang keluar-masuk stasiun
yang berada di area LRT CITY menjadi daya tarik utama properti di LRT CITY baik hunian
maupun area komersialnya.

CELEBRATING LRT OPERATION
ADCP OPTIMIZES TO BOOST SALES
The operational commencement of LRT Jabodebek, marked by the inauguration by the
President of Indonesia on August 28, 2023, PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk. (“ADCP”) also
positively welcomed this inauguration. The LRT Jabodebek is expected to provide substantial
benefits to the community by serving as a preferred mass transportation mode while
simultaneously contributing to the alleviation of congestion in the Jabodebek region.
Several LRT Jabodebek stations are strategically located within the LRT CITY area, a property
development zone pioneered by ADCP. Therefore, this LRT operation can have a positive
impact by increasing traffic visits and activities in the LRT CITY area. ADCP is confident that
this momentum will propel future property sales performance and enhance recurring
business, particularly within the LRT CITY precinct.
ADCP has provided various supporting facilities in the LRT CITY area for LRT Jabodebek
visitors and users, These include commercial area within the projects, such as the Green
Walk Mall in LRT CITY Bekasi, Forest Hub in LRT CITY Jatibening, and Soul Hub in LRT CITY
Ciracas. The aim is to cater to a wide array of needs for LRT Jabodebek passengers and
visitors.
Furthermore, ADCP consistently remains the “unique selling points” of Transit-Oriented
Development (TOD) residential properties, ensuring that the public comprehends the
significance of living and stay in TOD concept housing. Additionally, ADCP will maximize
all distribution channels targeting both end-users and investors to disseminate the benefits
and advantages of LRT CITY. Among the benefits and advantages that can be experienced,
for end-users or residents, are the efficiencies in time, cost, and energy that come with
choosing to reside in LRT CITY, which are conveniently linked to LRT stations and other mass
transit options. As for investors, the potential for thousands, even tens of thousands, of daily
commuters passing through the stations within the LRT CITY area serves as a primary
attraction for both residential and commercial properties in LRT CITY.
