bahwa Perseroan telah menerbitkan Obligasi sebesar
Rp100.000.000.000 (seratus miliar rupiah) dengan rincian
sebagai berikut :
Target penghimpunan dana PUB Obligasi Berkelanjutan III:
Rp2.000.000.000.000
Realisasi PUB Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap I 2021:
Rp100.000.000.000
Sisa PUB Obligasi Berkelanjutan III yang tidak diterbitkan:
Rp1.900.000.000.000
Dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi likuiditas yang telah
memadai dan kokoh, Perseroan tidak melakukan
penghimpunan dana melalui penerbitan obligasi untuk tahap
berikutnya sampai berakhirnya program Penawaran Umum
Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan III ini yaitu pada 27
Agustus 2023 sehingga membuat pencapaian dana yang
dihimpun kurang dari yang direncanakan.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
