In order to comply with prevailing Financial Services Authority (“Otoritas Jasa Keuangan - OJK”)
Regulation No 36/POJK.04/2014 concerning Shelf Registration for Debt Securities and/or Sukuk dated 08
December 2014 and refer to OJK letter No S-147/D.04/2021 dated 27 August 2021 regarding to
announcement of the effectiveness of UOB Indonesia Senior Debt Shelf III program with target amount of
IDR 2,000,000,000,000 until 27 August 2023, it is hereby announced that PT Bank UOB Indonesia
(“Company”) has issued Senior Debt amounted to IDR 100,000,000,000 with following details:
Targeted Amount of UOBI Senior Debt Shelf III : Rp 2,000,000,000,000
Realization - UOBI Senior Debt Shelf III Phase I 2021 : Rp 100,000,000,000
Remaining Amount of UOBI Senior Debt Shelf III : Rp 1,900,000,000,000
In consideration of adequate and strong liquidity conditions, the Company did not raise the fund through
the issuance of Senior Debt for the next phase until the expiry of the Senior Debt Shelf III program on 27
August 2023, so that the fund raised was less than planned.
