Bersama ini kami sampaikan Koreksi Laporan Keuangan Tahunan periode 30 Juni 2023
PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (Tidak diaudit). Koreksi terletak pada lampiran
Laporan Keuangan Tahunan periode 30 Juni 2023 dengan nama file sebelumnya yaitu “LK
02 2023 — SWID” dalam format PDF. Hal tersebut karena adanya kesalahan saat konversi
file excel ke dalam PDF, terdapat satu pos dalam Laporan Posisi Keuangan yang tidak
terkonversi, sehingga menyebabkan jumlah total aset tidak sama dengan jumlah total liabilitas
& ekuitas. Namun, XBRL yang disubmit sudah merujuk pada Laporan Posisi Keuangan yang
benar, sehingga tidak ada koreksi dalam Laporan Keuangan format XBRL.

We hereby submit the Corrections to the Annual Financial Statements for the June 30”, 2023
period of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (Unaudited). The correction lies in the
attachment of Annual Financial Report for the period June 30", 2023 with the previous file
name "LK 92 2023 — SWID" in PDF format. This was due to an error when converting the
excel file into PDF, there was one account in the Statement of Financial Position that was
not converted, causing the total assets to not egual the total liabilities & eguity. However, the
submitted XBRL already refers to the correct Statement of Financial Position, so there are
no corrections in the XBRL format Financial Statements.
