International, together with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines
Ltd. ("MOL"), a company incorporated under
the laws of Japan.
2. Pihak-pihak yang bertransaksi yaitu:
a. PT MCS Internasional merupakan entitas
anak Perseroan dan perusahaan terkendali
Perseroan dengan kepemilikan langsung
sebanyak 99,996 (sembilan puluh sembilan
koma sembilan persen) saham, dan
b. Mitsui O.S.K Lines, Ltd., suatu perseroan
yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum negara
Jepang dan bukan afiliasi dari Perseroan.
Sifat hubungan dari Para Pihak yang bertransaksi
adalah tidak terafiliasi.
The parties to the transaction are:
a. PT MCS Internasional is a subsidiary of the
Company and a controlled company of the
Company, with direct ownership of 99.946
(ninety-nine-point nine percent) of the shares,
and
b. Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. is a company
established under the laws of Japan and is not
an affiliate of the Company.
The nature of the relationship between the
transacting parties is unaffiliated.

Nilai transaksi pendirian usaha patungan tersebut yaitu MCSI melakukan penyertaan modal pada PT McMOL Crewing International sebesar Rp9.792.000.000,00 (sembilan miliar tujuh ratus sembilan puluh dua juta Rupiah). The transaction value of the establishment of the Joint venture is MCSI investing in PT McMOL Crewing International in the amount of Rp9,792,000,000.00 (nine billion seven hundred ninety-two million Rupiah). 4. Tujuan transaksi yaitu memperluas kegiatan usaha entitas anak usaha Perseroan sebagai penyedia awak kapal khususnya kapal LNG kepada Grup MOL dan Grup Perseroan dengan awak kapal yang berkualifikasi dan menjalankan semua aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan keagenan awak kapal LNG.
