informasikan bahwa Perseroan bermaksud untuk
mempercepat berakhirnya periode pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan yang semula direncanakan berakhir pada 3 Mei
2026 menjadi tanggal 11 Maret 2026 pada sesi kedua
perdagangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Percepatan pengakhiran periode pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan ini karena kondisi Pasar Modal Indonesia serta
harga saham Perseroan telah relatif stabil

Plan to accelerate the end of the Company's share buyback

Company's share buyback period
Description of Material Information or Referring to the Companys Disclosure of Information regarding
Facts the Shares Buyback Plan in Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions published on 3 February 2026, we herewith
announce that the Company intends to accelerate the share
buyback period, which was originally scheduled to end on 3
May 2026, to 11 March 2026 on the second trading session at
the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The acceleration of the ending of the share buyback period is
due to the fact that the condition of the Indonesian Capital
Market and the Companys share price have relatively
stabilized.
