Nilai pokok pinjaman / Total loan amount: USD 100.000.000 (seratus juta Dolar AS)/ USD 100,000,000 (one hundred million United States Dolar) b. However, since the guarantee is provided by the Company to the bank as the lender, for loans obtained by the Company and its controlled subsidiaries, the Company is only reguired to report the transaction to the OJK in accordance with Article 6 of POJK No. 42.
