Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan Menandatangani Perjanjian Kesepakatan Jual Beli
Gas dengan EMP
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material MoU ini merupakan kesepahaman awal antara Perseroan dan
PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (EMP) untuk menggali peluang
kerja sama dalam rangka penyaluran dan pemanfaatan gas
bumi yang dikelola oleh EMP.
Melalui kerja sama ini, Perseroan berpotensi memperoleh
pasokan gas bumi yang akan dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan
baku dalam kegiatan produksi Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
melalui fasilitas Mini LNG Plant yang dimiliki oleh entitas anak
Perseroan, termasuk fasilitas yang berlokasi di Wunut,
Kabupaten Sidoarjo, serta potensi pengembangan di wilayah
lainnya seperti Batam dan Aceh.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan MoU ini belum memberikan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan langsung terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan, namun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, diharapkan dapat memberikan potensi dampak positif
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau terhadap kegiatan operasional dan pengembangan portofolio
Perusahaan Publik bisnis energi Perseroan di masa mendatang, khususnya
dalam pengembangan bisnis LNG.

The Company Signs a Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement
Type of Material Information or Facts with EMP
Description of Material Information or This MoU represents an initial understanding between the
Facts Company and EMP to explore opportunities for collaboration in
the distribution and utilization of natural gas managed by EMP.
Through this collaboration, the Company has the potential to
obtain a supply of natural gas to be used as raw material in
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production activities through Mini
LNG Plant facilities owned by the Company's subsidiaries,
including the facility located in Wunut, Sidoarjo Regency, as
well as potential development in other regions such as Batam
and Aceh.
Impact of event, material information or The signing of this MoU has not had a direct impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's financial condition, but it is expected to have a
Company’s operational activities, legal, potential positive impact on the Company's operational
financial condition, or going concern activities and the development of its energy business portfolio
in the future, particularly in the development of the LNG
business.
