Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2023, PT GWS Era Medika ("GEM")
melakukan peningkatan modal dasar dari semula
Rp4.000.000.000 menjadi Rp180.000.000.000 dan
peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor dari semula
Rp1.000.000.000 menjadi Rp45.000.000.000, melalui
pengeluaran 44.000 saham baru yang diambil bagian
seluruhnya oleh PT DSST Mas Gemilang ("DSST").
Susunan pemegang saham GEM setelah peningkatan modal
tersebut di atas adalah sebagaimana terlampir.
GEM, DSST, dan SSS adalah entitas anak Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan efektif lebih dari 99%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peningkatan modal di entitas anak ini tidak memiliki dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan signifikan terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On August 18, 2023, PT GWS Era Medika ("GEM") increased
Facts its authorized capital from Rp4,000,000,000 to
Rp180,000,000,000 and increased its issued and paid-up
capital from Rp1,000,000,000 to Rp45,000,000,000, through
the issuance of 44,000 new shares which are fully subscribed
by PT DSST Mas Gemilang ("DSST").
The shareholding structure of GEM after the above capital
increase is as attached.
GEM, DSST, and SSS are subsidiaries of the Company with
more than 99% effective ownership.
Impact of event, material information or This capital increase in the subsidiary does not have any
facts towards Issuers or Public significant impact on the Company's financial conditions.
