On August 18, 2023, PT GWS Era Medika (“GEM') increased its authorized capital from Rp4,000,000,000 to Rp180,000,000,000 and increased its issued and paid-up capital from Rp1,000,000,000 to Rp45,000,000,000, through the issuance of 44,000 new shares which are fully Subscribed by PT DSST Mas Gemilang (“DSST”).
