Rencana dan  Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum                      concerning the Planning and Organizing of the
Pemegang Saham Perusahaan Terbuka ("POJK General Meeting of Shareholders of Public
15/2020") dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Companies ("FSAR 15/2020") and the Financial
Nomor 13/POJK.03/2017 tentang Penggunaan Jasa Services                           Authority               Regulation                  Number
Akuntan Publik (AP) dan Kantor Akuntan Publik 13/POK.03/2017 concerning the Use of Public
(KAP)    dalam         kegiatan        Jasa     Keuangan     Accountant Services (PA) and Public Accounting
("POJK/13/2017").         Komite          Audit     telah    Firms (PAF) in Financial Services Activities ("FSAR"
menyampaikan      Memorandum            kepada    Dewan      13/2017), the Audit Committee has subrmitted a
Komisaris Perseroan dalam surat Nomor 478a/TJ                Memorandum                to     the       Conmpany's             Boards          of
cORSEC/V/2023 perihal Rekomendasi Penunjukan                 Commissioners in a latter Number 478a/TJ
Akuntan Publik dan/atau Kantor Akuntan Publik                CORSEC/VI/2023 regarding Recommendation for
tertanggal 07 Juni 2023, kami telah menyetujui               Appointment of Public Accountant and/or Public
rekomendasi     yang       dimaksud.     Maka    dengan      Accountant Firm dated June 07, 2023, we have
demikian kami merekomendasi bahwa :                          approved the recommendation.                                We therefore
