Sejak Tanggal Penyelesaian, ALSOK telah secara efektif menjadi pengendali Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 9/POJK.04/2018 tentang Pengambilalihan Perusahaan Terbuka. On 15 August 2023 (“Completion Date”), PT ALSOK BASS Indonesia Security Services (“ALSOK”) has completed the acguisition of (“Acguisition"): (@) 105,750,000 shares in the Company owned by PT Puragraha Dianpertiwi which represents 15.9346 of the total issued and paid-up capital of the Company, (b) 149,249,000 shares in the Company owned by PT Nusantara Suryamukti which represents 22.4846) of the total issued and paid-up capital of the Company, and (c) 85,000,100 shares in the Company owned by PT Inlife which represents 12.8096 of the total issued and paid-up capital of the Company, which in total constituted 340,000,000 shares which represents 51.2196 of the total issued and paid-up capital Of the Company (based on the monthly report of securities holders registration as of 31 July 2023). Since the Completion Date, ALSOK has effectively become the controller of the Company as referred to in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. WPOJK.04/2018 on the Acguisition of Public Company. The abovementioned material information or facts do not hinder the operational, legal, financial condition or business continuitpy of the Company and will not prejudice the rights of the Company 's shareholders.
