5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk

melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang
akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3
bulan mendatang)?

Jawaban :

- Bahwa dalam 3 bulan mendatang
Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan korporasi yang akan berakibat
terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa. Jika akan ada tindakan korporasi,
Perseroan akan menyampaikan
Keterbukaan Informasi kepada Publik
sesuai dengan peraturan dan persyaratan
yang berlaku di bidang pasar modal.

Rencana Pemegang Saham utama terkait
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate
Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

- Hingga saat ini belum ada rencana
pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

- That in the next 3 months the Company
has no plans to conduct any Corporate
Action including which may affects the
Company's shares listing in IDX. Should
there be any corporate action to be
conducted by the Company, we will
announce a disclosre of information to
the public in accordance with applicable
regulations and reguirements in the
capital markets.

The main shareholder's plan related to
their share ownership in the Company. In
this case, the Corporate Secretary should
ask the main shareholder in answering the
confirmation.

Answer:
- Until now, there is no plan for the main
shareholder regarding their share
ownership in the Company.
