Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2023, PT Trimegah Sekuritas
Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) telah menerima dividen dari anak
perusahaan Perseroan, PT Trimegah Asset Management -
anak perusahaan Perseroan yang menjalankan kegiatan
usaha sebagai Manajer Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham
Perseroan sebesar 99,9%.
Pembagian dividen ini berdasakan Akta Pernyataan
Keputusan Sirkuler PT Trimegah Asset Management
tertanggal 21 Juni 2023. Para pemegang saham PT Trimegah
Asset Management menyetujui dan memutuskan pembagian
dividen sejumlah Rp59.940.000.000,00 (lima puluh sembilan
miliar sembilan ratus empat puluh juta Rupiah) kepada
Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Facts (the Company) has received a dividend from its subsidiary, PT
Trimegah Asset Management - a subsidiary that carries out
business activity as Asset Management company with a 99.9%
of the Company's share ownership.
The distribution of the dividend is based on Deed of
Shareholder Resolutions Statement of PT Trimegah Asset
Management dated June 21, 2023. The shareholders of PT
Trimegah Asset Management approved and decided the
distribution of dividends in the amount of Rp59,940,000,000
(fifty-nine billion nine hundred and forty million Rupiah) to the
Company.
