Description of Material Information or Facts On August 11, 2023, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (“the Company”) has received a dividend from its subsidiary, PT Trimegah Asset Management — a subsidiary that carries out business activity as Asset Management company with a 99.9Yo of the Company's share ownership. The distribution of the dividend is based on Deed of Shareholder Resolutions Statement of PT Trimegah Asset Management dated June 21, 2023. The shareholders of PT Trimegah Asset Management approved and decided distribution of dividends in the amount of Rp59,940,000,000 (fifty nine billion nine hundred and forty million Rupiah) to the Company.
