Mr. Fetrizal Bobby Heryunda serves as the Corporate Investment &
Strategy Director at PT. Modernland Realty Tbk. ("the Company").
Equipped with a Master's degree in Management from the University of
Indonesia (2000-2001), he possesses extensive and profound knowledge,
backed by over 20 years of experience in both the financial and real
sectors within various multinational companies.
He joined the Company in 2018 as Multifinance President Director in one
of the Company's subsidiaries. In 2019, he served as the Investment
Director of the Company and concurrently held the role of CFO Urban
Development in 2022 before ultimately being appointed as the Corporate
Investment & Strategy Director in 2023. Prior to joining the Company, he
gained significant work experience in the financial institutions and
banking sector, including Astra Credit Companies, Bank Permata, HSBC,
and ANZ, spanning a period of 11 years from 2002 to 2013. This was
followed by his tenure as the Sales & Marketing Director at PT. Nissan
Financial Services Indonesia from 2013 to 2018.
